Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a full-time retail salesperson. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with general shop tasks, including stock management, labelling, steaming, folding, and wrapping
  2. Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-term relationships and drive sales
  3. Process sales and customer returns through our POS system
  4. Visual merchandise the store to showcase our products in a stylish and contemporary way
  5. Liaise with our alterations tailor to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Collaborate with our warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels
  7. Communicate effectively with customers and tailors regarding potential trunk shows
  8. Participate in photoshoots and content creation for our social media channels
Requirements:
  1. Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a passion for menswear
  2. Exhibit a cheerful, reliable, and enthusiastic personality
  3. Develop a deep understanding of our products, style, and fit
  4. possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Represent Natalino with excellent personal presentation and be a brand ambassador
