Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Professional to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building new features for our BeeBox system, ensuring we retain our position in the marketplace as the manufacturer of the most popular venue entertainment system available in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new product features and improve existing ones using a test-driven approach.
  • Work closely with our Lead Developer and the team to deliver an amazing product experience for BeeBox end users.
  • Contribute new ideas to develop features and refactor areas of code.
  • Continually expand your knowledge of both our business, end users of our products & competitors and the technology domain.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's commercial experience within a software development role.
  • Fluency in JavaScript (latest ES revisions), PHP, HTML5 & CSS.
  • Experience with Express, React, Vue, Bootstrap 5, and MySQL/MariaDB.
  • Familiarity with Windows command line and Linux shells.
  • Strong attention to detail, inquisitive and questioning mindset, strong oral and written communication skills, and a team player.
