About the Role

Our platform engineers design, build, and monitor cloud ecosystems, enabling teams to focus on their core objectives. As a mix of DevOps, SRE, and technical design, this role prioritizes security, reliability, and well-architected solutions.

We're looking for hands-on platform engineers who are passionate about automation and have the skills to back it up. Our cloud experts work in small product teams to design automation, tooling, and cloud infrastructure, collaborating with developers, architects, designers, analysts, and product owners.

As a cloud expert, you'll have the opportunity to work across various industries and projects, each with its unique challenges and opportunities for growth. Our community is built to support each other, ensuring help is always just a few clicks away.

Your priorities will be building new systems, improving stability, security, and efficiency, and driving culture and process change when needed. We encourage continuous learning, offering rewards for certifications achieved along the way.

About You

We're looking for curious engineers who enjoy learning and building better solutions. You'll be comfortable working in a team and have the knowledge to lead or support the definition of the delivery platform within that team.

You'll have experience working in the cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) and be an engineer at heart, enjoying the challenge of building elegant solutions. You'll want to work across a range of tech, trying out the latest tools and trends, and have a passion for automation, having previously worked with pipelines and used some scripting language(s).
