Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) looking to take on a leadership role? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RVN to join our team as a Lead Nurse, working closely with the Clinical Nursing Manager to deliver high standards of care.

About the Role:

As the Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the Out of Hours team, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. You will work closely with the Clinical Nursing Manager to maintain high standards of care and support the entire practice.

About Our Team:

You will be joining a skilled and supportive team of over 10 Vets, with postgraduate certificates. We have a diverse caseload, and our nurses play a vital role in patient recovery and rehabilitation. Nurse input is highly valued here, and we ensure our facilities are well-equipped so that our nursing team can deliver the best possible care.

What We're Looking For:

  • An experienced RVN, ideally with leadership or specialised nursing experience.
  • A Clinical Coach/Supervisor qualification would be beneficial, though training will be provided for those without coaching experience.
