Job Opportunity

MCG Talent is seeking a skilled 3D Graphic Designer to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our Marketing Agency, you will work closely with our Creative Director and Art Director to create stunning graphics that bring events to life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design visually captivating graphics, from large-scale walls and banners to digital elements. They will be responsible for ensuring that designs meet project objectives and collaborate with our team to amplify the character of a place, conveying the brand's identity in imaginative and compelling ways.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate in initial brainstorming sessions and contribute through creative research and development of inspiration boards, mock-ups, etc.
  2. Proactively identify execution approaches & techniques to visually capture and represent the project's creative narrative.
  3. Collaborate with our Creative and Art Directors to discover opportunities to amplify the character of a place, conveying the brand's identity in imaginative and compelling ways.
  4. Execute custom design elements for event collateral such as digital activations, stage backdrops, wall graphics, booth design, banners, signage, invites, registration sites, etc.
  5. Create a strong story and cohesive visual style for each project that will guide the graphic development of individual elements forward.
  6. Conceptualize and design 2D environmental graphics and dimensional exhibits, displays, and interior features.
  7. Develop environmental graphics, branding & sponsorship, and a diverse range of experiential projects.
