Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join our team in Hamilton. As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines, meeting production deadlines, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Programming and operating CNC machines using Heidenhain and Acramatic technology
  • Meeting production deadlines and ensuring quality standards
  • Reading technical blueprints and setting machines to design specifications
  • Continuously improving processes and procedures

Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with CNC milling, setting, and operating
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, with excellent overtime rates up to double time. You will also receive half-day Fridays and other benefits.
