IT Support Delivery Manager

Greggs is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by the adoption of cutting-edge technology across the business. This includes enhancements to our Retail, Manufacturing & Logistics, and Customer Solutions platforms. To support these initiatives, we need a skilled IT leader who can drive the delivery of high-quality support services.
We're seeking a proactive, innovative, and customer-focused individual who embodies the Greggs values. As an IT leader, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing the IT Support strategy, managing complex projects, and ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the IT Support strategy, aligning with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Lead the delivery of IT Support Services, ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers across the business.
- Manage IT support delivery processes, including incident management, change management, and problem management.
- Develop and implement KPIs to monitor support effectiveness and drive continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with the IT Services function to develop a proactive monitoring strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT Support escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage major incidents during significant service outages, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including IT&BC and Greggs business leaders.
- Line management responsibility for the IT Support team, including Service Desk and second-line support team members.
- Manage resource requirements, ensuring efficient and effective IT Support staffing.
- Oversee the management of OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors, ensuring high-quality support services.
- Drive service improvement initiatives within the IT Support function, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Proven experience in delivering IT services at an enterprise level.
- Ability to think logically, overcome problems, and interpret and present key data.
- Digital literacy, with proficiency in standard office tools used in change management.
- Experience working in dynamic business environments, managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Knowledge of food-to-go or similar retail business environments is a plus.
