Job Title: Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Project Manager in our construction consultancy. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role

  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including survey, planning, design, and project management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.

About You

  • Hold a HNC or degree in construction, with some onsite experience.
  • Have a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel UK-wide.
  • Be an analytical thinker, motivated, and ambitious.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
