Nexus ERP is seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join their team in Redditch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end sales process, taking the property from offer accepted right through to exchange and completion.

Main Duties:

  • Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion.
  • Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors, and solicitors.
  • Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase.

About the Role:

The Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for managing the sales process, including liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors, and solicitors. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in estate agent sales progression or conveyancing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
