Tutoring Role for SEND Pupils in Bridgwater

We're looking for inspirational educators who can make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Bridgwater. As a Tutor for SEND Pupils, you'll play a vital role in bridging gaps in pupils' education and boosting attainment levels.

This is a part-time, 1:1 tutoring position that requires you to create, plan and deliver tailored lessons during school hours, five days a week. To excel in this role, you'll need to be patient, creative and able to think outside the box when working with challenging behaviour and disengaged pupils.

The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and have experience working with SEN children in a UK classroom setting or a care environment. You'll also need an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
