We offer internship opportunities to students pursuing undergraduate degrees, allowing them to gain valuable experience in a 13-month placement.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a confident and eager individual to join our Ownership Services Product team, responsible for all accessories and products retailed in the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars aftermarket.

We have a range of current accessory products, including a Rolls-Royce Champagne Chest, our Rolls-Royce Luggage Collection, a Rolls-Royce 1:8 Scale Replica Model Car, a Rolls-Royce Bicycle Carrier, Rolls-Royce Headphones, and a Rolls-Royce Hosting Service.

We are focused on long-term strategic planning aligned with the wider organisation's direction.

  • Research new accessory concepts, developing project briefs.
  • Create and refine business cases to inform project decisions.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field, with a minimum 2:2 prediction.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Motivation to work in an office environment.
  • A full UK driving license would be advantageous but is not essential.
About the Opportunity

This internship offers a competitive annual salary of £25,300, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata), and an attractive pension scheme.

You will also enjoy a rewarding work-life balance with contracted working hours of 40 hours per week.
