Estée Lauder Companies - Prestige Beauty Leader Seeks Experienced Production Expert

The Estée Lauder Companies, a global leader in prestige beauty, is currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join our team at Whitman Laboratories.

We are based in Petersfield, Hampshire, UK, where we manufacture around a fifth of Estée Lauder's global sales output. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Production functions of the Whitman Plant Manufacturing facility producing prestige brand products in creams, lotions, and fine fragrance.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing a safe place of work for all employees, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in terms of Health, Safety, and Environment.
  • Ensuring awareness of and compliance with GMP and OTC.
  • Coaching, motivating, and empowering the Production Management Team to deliver business objectives through continuous improvement.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in driving our manufacturing excellence. You will have the opportunity to develop and grow your skills in a fast-paced environment, working with a talented team to drive business results.
