About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Marlow. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and InTune.

  • ">
  • Experience in packaging software for distribution through InTune and/or MECM is essential.">
  • You must be able to manage Windows 10/11 images, created using MDT.">
  • Filling in for Deskside techs on-site when they are absent is also a requirement.">
  • Mentoring and training deskside techs to perform routine M365 admin tasks is another key responsibility.">
  • Documenting and editing SOPs and/or knowledge articles is also necessary.">
