Service Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Response Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our 24-hour emergency monitoring and response service, you will be responsible for providing support to vulnerable individuals in their own homes through our advanced telecare system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate emergency response teams to ensure timely and effective support to customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our services remain at the forefront of the market
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or social care sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
- Enhanced DBS clearance
