We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide comprehensive support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining and organizing essential records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and documents, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Manage correspondence, including drafting and sending emails and letters, and responding to inquiries.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders, and preparing meeting materials.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure streamlined operations and effective communication.
- Support the implementation of new administrative systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
- A solid educational background, with qualifications in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Public Sector.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
