Eden Scott is a leading recruitment agency that has been working with world-renowned clients in the travel industry. We are excited to be partnering with a global leader in travel, who has millions of people using their products every single day.

The role of Senior Corporate Communications Manager has arisen within this company to support their global brand positioning in corporate and trade media.

This position can be based on a hybrid basis from their London office with a minimum of two days per week spent in the office.

You will report directly to the Director of Communications and will be responsible for managing their corporate communications and B2B strategies along with delivering core campaign activity. Additionally, you will work closely with their speaker team and own their speaker strategy for EMEA, Americas and APAC.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all corporate and B2B trade PR activity
  • Managing corporate and trade media relations to elevate their brand
  • Builiding and maintaining existing relationships with key media and influencers across corporate and trade verticals
  • Building a strong internal network amongst their senior team and commercial leads
  • Preparing and supporting their senior spokespeople through training and briefing and identifying the most appropriate spokesperson to support on each specific piece of activity
  • Tracking and measuring corporate coverage, making data-led suggestions for improvements
  • Working closely with their consumer communications, internal communications and brand teams to ensure consistency of their messaging
  • Maintaining their media site and corporate blog
  • Handling reactive media enquiries swiftly and effectively
  • Working closely with brand advocacy team to ensure consistency and appropriateness of messaging across external outputs
  • Ensuring their senior spokesperson time is used effectively - that they have a presence in the right global forums, at the right level, with support provided on messaging for that specific audience to deliver against their overall strategy

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a corporate and B2B communications role in the travel industry.

You should also have a head for data and be able to track and measure corporate coverage, making data-led suggestions for improvement. You will need to be confident in pitching to journalists and handling media inquiries, as well as creating strategic plans to target titles/journalists over the short and medium term.

This role offers an excellent competitive salary of £75,000 plus a 10% bonus, private healthcare and an extensive menu of company benefits.
