Job Title: Master Printer - Permanent Role

Location: Lincoln

Salary: £17,500 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:

• Oversee the entire printing process from start to finish
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Train and mentor junior printers to achieve high-quality standards
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with quality systems
• Prepare and submit accurate reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of printing processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with health and safety procedures
