We are seeking a part-time Will Writing & Estate Planning Consultant to join our team at Will Power Group. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Estate Planning and possess excellent sales skills, with a strong ability to develop a conversation to reveal the full range of needs to a client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Zoom appointments and home visits to discuss clients' will and estate planning needs.
  • Develop a conversation to reveal the full range of needs to a client, including wills, LPAs, and trusts.
  • Provide expert advice on inheritance tax issues and care regulations.
  • Familiarity with conducting meetings over Zoom, WhatsApp, and Facetime.
  • Ability to travel to clients' homes to conduct consultations while adhering to social distancing guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Estate Planning and sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Zoom, WhatsApp, and Facetime.
