About the Role:
The Clinical Applications Specialist MRI will be the product knowledge expert on MRI equipment & solutions, ensuring customers achieve optimal use of their Philips MRI equipment & solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product knowledge and support to customers, improving customer satisfaction and adding value to the business.
- Work alongside Account Managers to interact with stakeholders and customers, holding demonstrations, improving post-sales customer satisfaction, and attending clinical conferences.
- Support new product launches and educate the sales team on emerging clinical issues, positioning solutions to address changes in the market.
- Travel up to 70% of the time, covering the Scotland territory, with the opportunity to work from home.
- Contribute to the ongoing success of the Philips MR business, fostering a brighter, more confident future for everyone.
Requirements:
- Several years' experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist or similar role, with a keen interest in developing others.
- Strong analytical skills, enabling effective interpretation of application results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present to customers and share expertise.
- A full UK Driving License and willingness to travel across the territory.
- A standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
