Churches and Networks Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Vision and Strategy team as a Churches and Networks Advisor. This role will play a critical part in supporting the Church in its engagement with the national Vision and Strategy for the Church for the 2020s.
About the Team
The Vision and Strategy team is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Emerging Church programme and ensuring that the work of other teams is aligned with the strategy within the National Churches Initiative (NCI) teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the national Vision and Strategy for the Church for the 2020s.
- Work closely with the NCI teams to ensure alignment with the strategy.
- Provide guidance and support to other teams on the implementation of the Emerging Church programme.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the Church's Vision and Strategy and be able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. You will also need to have excellent project management skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
