Frazer Jones is delighted to work with a leading organisation in sourcing a newly created Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Specialist. This role has real opportunity to shape and develop the compensation and benefits offering across the business, starting initially with the review of current pay and bonus structure, and bringing payroll in-house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The harmonisation of terms and conditions through acquisition
  • Developing and implementing a cohesive pay structure
  • Review and creation of a comprehensive benefits offering
  • Working closely with the People Director on total reward offering and projects
  • Bringing the external payroll in-house and processing
  • The procurement and acquisition of relevant technology/software

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to demonstrate the impact of reward and benefits on the bottom line
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced blue-collar environment such as logistics, distribution, transport, manufacturing, or engineering
