Requirements

  • Strong understanding of GDPR and similar Data Protection Regulations in the context of commercial contracts.
  • Ability to administer and draft data privacy contractual clauses, including application of the SCCs for international transfers.
  • Experience in supply chain/procurement risk management, with knowledge of multiple areas.
  • Strong compliance mindset and drive, with experience operating in an international organization.
