Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with personal care, medication, and practical tasks
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and adapt care plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of compassion and respect

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You'll need to be flexible, reliable, and able to work independently, as well as part of a team. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and confidence.
