Job Overview:

Care Business Associate Training (CBAT) is seeking an experienced trainer to join our team of experts in the healthcare sector. As a senior trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our clients, working closely with our sales team to understand client needs and preferences.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in teaching and training, with experience working with children and young people. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is required, along with a relevant qualification such as Cert-Ed or Level 3 Award in Education & Training. Experience in the field of health and social care is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training programs to clients
  • Work closely with sales team to understand client needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years teaching experience with children and young people
  • Training/teaching qualification (e.g. Cert-Ed, Level 3 Award in Education & Training)
  • Experience in the field of Health and Social Care
  • DBS check and relevant insurances in place

Estimated Salary: £28-£40 per hour, dependent on experience
