We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Reception area of our hotel.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, welcoming guests, and providing knowledge of all room categories and hotel facilities.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.27 + incentives (39 hours a week), along with a range of benefits that support your well-being and career growth.
As a key member of our Front Office team, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests and contributing to the success of our hotel.
