Peripatetic Nurse RGN/RMN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the physical and mental needs of our residents.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to care home staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You will also need to have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks.
