Role Overview

At Eurocell Group PLC, we are seeking a skilled Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic Trade Branch Network. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on new challenges, develop their skills, and make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in delivering operational excellence and high branch standards. This includes:

  • Supporting the Branch Manager in driving sales and customer service excellence
  • Leading by example and maintaining high standards in customer service and operational efficiency
  • Assisting with stock management, including stocktakes and audits
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including warehouse management and maintenance records
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
  • Working collaboratively with the Branch team to achieve business targets and goals
  • Supporting the Branch Manager in managing branch operations, including staff management and training

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and use your own initiative
  • A full and valid driving license, with experience of driving company vehicles
  • Confidence in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and industry-standard software
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a trade or retail environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business targets
