About the Role

Medacs Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team in Durham. As a Clinical Assessor, you will use your clinical knowledge and expertise to assess, discuss, and create detailed reports on how individuals' conditions impact daily living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face and telephone assessments to gather information about individuals' conditions and how they affect their daily lives.
  • Use your clinical skills to discuss and create detailed reports on the impact of individuals' conditions on their daily living.
  • Work autonomously with support from a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality assessments and reports.
  • Develop your expertise as a Clinical Assessor and report writer, utilizing your clinical knowledge to provide high-quality assessments and reports.
Requirements
  • Current and unrestricted NMC registration.
  • Minimum of 1 year post-registration UK experience in a relevant field (NHS or private healthcare providers).
  • Strong report writing, communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Typing proficiency and IT system navigation skills.
  • Commitment to integrity and delivering a high-quality service.
