Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, treat, and manage patients with highly complex needs in a palliative care setting.
- Develop and deliver holistic, specialist physiotherapy services as part of our multidisciplinary team.
- Work autonomously to plan, coordinate, and develop treatment plans for patients.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy.
- MCSP/HCPC Registered.
- UK licenced driver with access to a car and business insurance.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
