Job Description:
GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our supportive school community. This role is perfect for a teacher who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, specialists, and other staff to support student learning and development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with students with SEN.
- Strong understanding of SEN best practices and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one.
