About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of buildings, including high-rise complexes and in-scope properties. As a Fire Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough fire risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and providing expert guidance to our teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out fire risk assessments to PAS79 standard in various settings, such as general needs and care homes.
  • Develop comprehensive fire-related works specifications and designs to a high standard.
  • Provide leadership and expert knowledge on fire safety legislation, including the Regulatory Reform Order (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulations.
  • Extensive experience of carrying out fire risk assessments in various settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
