About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join our vibrant and busy trade mark and designs practice in London.

As a Trade Mark Paralegal, you will be involved in the day-to-day administration activities of our practice, supporting qualified IP lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and filing trade mark and design applications, renewals, and recordals with various registries.
  • Dealing with local counsel in relation to filing overseas trade mark applications and renewals.
  • Managing deadlines and diaries to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Filing correspondence and forms with various intellectual property offices.
  • Checking, processing, and reporting incoming post and electronic communications to the team.
  • Updating our trade mark portfolio management databases.
  • Performing other ad hoc duties as required.

About You

You will have at least 2 years of trade mark administration experience and be familiar with various intellectual property registries. You will have a good working knowledge of trade mark and design portfolio management databases.

You must be fully fluent in English. French and/or Dutch language skills are desirable.
