  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support sustainability-themed projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of green claims legislation, standards, and guidance, providing key takeaways for internal teams to inform their decision-making.
  • Provide project management support to ensure successful execution of sustainability initiatives, synthesizing feedback to refine and improve internal support over time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of sustainability, fostering a deep understanding of consumer insights and research as it relates to eco-friendly practices.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sustainability technical expertise, with a strong emphasis on environmental science or sustainability education.
  • Proven track record of providing sustainability support to consumer-facing businesses and teams, with a focus on driving eco-friendly initiatives and minimizing environmental impact.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex sustainability concepts to non-expert stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to manage competing demands, with a proven ability to shift priorities quickly and manage high volumes of work.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and research as it relates to sustainability, with experience writing creative sustainability copy and drafting external communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science or sustainability, or other relevant educational experience.
  • Experience working in the entertainment sector, a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
