Job Title: Production Planner

Polytec Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Planner to join our team in Ely, UK. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience in planning and coordinating production operations, including scheduling and inventory management. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth production flow
  • Monitor capacity utilisation and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Provide support to management during peak periods or in their absence

This role requires a strong understanding of production planning principles, including lean manufacturing and just-in-time inventory management. Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years' experience in production planning or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, particularly AX 2012 or D365

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement savings.
