We are seeking an Automation Test Manager to join our team at KBR, Inc. as we continue to deliver science, technology, and engineering solutions that help governments and companies around the world accomplish their most critical missions and objectives.

The Automation Test Manager will be responsible for the production of test strategy, test plans, and acceptance criteria, as well as the management of test teams and users for all elements of testing, including Unit/application/integration FAT and UAT.

The ideal candidate will have experience of DevOps, DevSecOps, and Agile working, as well as a thorough understanding of appropriate testing to support UK Gov security assurance of Systems.

The Automation Test Manager will also be responsible for the management of non-functional testing/operational acceptance testing and experience of automated test tools, Low Code systems design, and implementation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Production of Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Acceptance Criteria;
  2. Management of Test Team and Users for all elements of testing;
  3. Experience of DevOps, DevSecOps, and Agile Working;
  4. Thorough Understanding of Appropriate Testing to Support UK Gov Security Assurance of Systems;
  5. Management of Non-Functional Testing/Operational Acceptance Testing;
  6. Experience of Automated Test Tools, Low Code Systems Design, and Implementation;
Requirements:
  1. At least 3 years' experience testing solutions within a secure environment;
  2. Experience in the use of industry-standard methods for documenting and controlling the test process;
  3. Knowledge and experience of information security constraints and best practice;
  4. Creation and curation of test data;
  5. Knowledge of market-leading DevOps and automated test solutions;
  6. Proven experience in the delivery of software development;
  7. Experience in the creation of test approach based upon design and review of software development;
  8. Knowledge of both traditional and DevSecOps approaches to software implementation;
  9. Knowledge of the tools and processes for DevOps/DevSecOps continuous build and integration;
  10. Microsoft certification;
  11. Experience of enterprise networking and integration in the public sector, including hybrid cloud.
