Architecture Lecturer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lecturer to join our School of Architecture, Technology and Engineering at the University of Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the areas of design studio and technologies modules in our BA(Hons) Architecture course.

• Teach and assess students in design studio and technologies modules
• Develop and deliver innovative teaching practices that support the course vision
• Contribute to the development of curriculum that spans the cultural, socio-economic, and physical aspects of Architecture
• Engage in research and knowledge exchange activities that support the school's research strategy
• Participate in school and university-wide initiatives to promote excellence in teaching and research

• Appropriate professional architectural practice or teaching experience
• Knowledge of current developments in architectural education and accreditation processes
• Excellent design and communications skills
• Commitment to develop innovative teaching practices
