Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of assessments and reports for Regional Fostering Service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessment Management: Oversee the social work assessors, including independent Social Workers and Internal Social Workers, to ensure timely and accurate assessments.
- Quality Assurance: Review and quality assure each assessment for social work content, statutory checks, and references.
- Reporting and Statistics: Provide regular reports and statistics to the Senior Management Team on families in assessment, as required.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver an assessor training program to ensure clarity on RFS ethos.
- Liaison and Communication: Collaborate with a range of staff, including Panel Advisor, Panel Chair, recruitment and assessment team, external assessors, medical officer, referrals managers, trainers, and others.
- Policies and Procedures: Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with current legislation and guidance.
- Annual Review Reports: Quality assure and process Annual Foster Carers Review Reports, including Reviews Following Concerns.
- Foster Carers Approval: Ensure foster carers approval documents are completed accurately and in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
- A social work qualification or equivalent.
- Continual professional development.
