Senior Structural Engineer

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join their building structures team in Maidstone. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert engineering solutions for a range of projects, from concept to completion.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and expanding firm of consulting engineers, known for their impressive portfolio of projects and commitment to delivering high-quality services. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be working closely with architects, developers, design and build contractors, and individual clients to provide sympathetic, economical, and practical engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of structural engineering solutions for various projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery
- Provide expert advice and guidance to junior engineers and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest engineering software and technologies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in civil or structural engineering
- At least 5 years' experience in UK design
- Knowledge of 3D engineering software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Able to mentor and assist junior engineers
