**Job Title:** STEM Ambassador Representative

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic STEM Ambassador Representative to join our team at SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties. As a STEM Ambassador Representative, you will play a vital role in inspiring young people to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement STEM outreach programs to engage with local communities and promote STEM education.
  • Collaborate with local businesses, schools, and organizations to identify opportunities for STEM education and career development.
  • Design and deliver engaging STEM-related activities, workshops, and events for students and young people.
  • Build relationships with STEM professionals and industry leaders to provide mentorship and guidance to students.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of STEM outreach programs and make recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in STEM education, outreach, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for STEM education and career development.
