Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team in the UK and ROI. This exciting new role will focus on shaping energy efficiency across Sky's office estate, identifying and delivering energy demand opportunities, and providing technical advice to project/operational teams.
About You
- You will have proven experience in technical 'hands-on' Energy Management roles, with a track record of implementing energy efficiency measures and reducing energy demand.
- You will possess extensive knowledge of HVAC, lighting, renewable power, district heating, and building management systems, as well as an understanding of energy and water metering.
- You will be able to carry out energy audits and feasibility studies for the implementation of new technologies or replacement of existing.
- You will have a firm understanding of current energy efficiency legislation, including MEES, ESOS, EPBD, and an understanding of developing guidance in relation to net zero design principles/requirements.
