Residential Surveyor Development Programme

We are seeking a motivated and skilled trainee residential surveyor to join our team in the UK. As a trainee, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company, working closely with experienced technical experts to develop your skills and knowledge.
The successful candidate will have a strong base knowledge of residential building pathology and be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation. A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or post-graduate qualification, plus a minimum of one-year industry relevant work experience, is required.
Our comprehensive training programme provides exposure to a wide range of property types and scenarios, as well as an established mentoring scheme. You will also benefit from flexible benefits, Share Save and BAYE schemes, and our fresh approach to incentive earnings.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus sponsorship for the AssocRICS qualification, including payment of all RICS fees. Additionally, you will receive a company car or car allowance, pension, 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, death in service assurance, and Share incentive schemes.
