Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Clinical Charge Nurse to join our team at the Hellingly Centre. As a Clinical Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals, providing clinical leadership, and managing the day-to-day operations of the ward.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, assess and manage risks, and promote recovery and rehabilitation for patients with complex mental health needs. The ideal candidate will have significant post-qualifying experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.

The successful candidate will be required to work rotational shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. This post offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a relocation package up to £8,000.
