About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Bistrot Pierre in Plymouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Culinary experience in quality-orientated, high-volume restaurants/hotels/cruise ships
  • Manage food gross profit within budget and set tolerances
  • Excellent communication skills and assertive management style
