About the Role:

Job Purpose:

  • Take ownership of a varied portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Ensure clients are kept up to date with their compliance obligations, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Review and analyze Tax Returns and computations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Comply with internal risk management procedures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax services, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, applying this knowledge to benefit clients.
  • Contribute to the development of tax strategies and policies, working closely with senior management.

Requirements:

  • A collaborative outlook, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • An accountancy or tax qualification (or a finalist), such as CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA.
  • Practice experience, either in tax or an accounts role, with a desire to specialize in corporate tax.
  • Flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
