**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our team at Oculus Legal Group in Coventry.

**About the Role:** As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of leasehold and freehold properties. You will also handle lease extensions and auction transactions, supervise junior fee earners and support staff, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and introducers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.
  • Handle complex lease extensions and auction transactions.
  • Supervise and support junior fee earners and support staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and introducers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, as well as regulatory standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Significant experience in residential conveyancing, including complex cases.
  • In-depth knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues.
  • Familiarity with CQS and panel memberships.
  • Business development skills to attract and retain clients.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to adapt to system developments for improved efficiency.
