We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager ESG and Sustainability Consulting to join our boutique financial services consultancy firm, Tarka Talent. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to take a leading position in building our ESG and sustainability practice across the financial services industry.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our rapidly growing ESG and sustainability practice. As a Senior Manager ESG and Sustainability Consulting, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients and a small team, communicating directly with senior stakeholders, and pushing back with clients when necessary.

Our ideal candidate will have a consulting background, experience delivering ESG Regulatory change for Asset Management clients, and a strong ability to work for a small, rapidly growing business in a role that may be ambiguous at times.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement ESG and sustainability strategies for Asset Management clients
  2. Manage multiple clients and a small team, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
  3. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to deliver high-quality services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A consulting background with experience in ESG and sustainability
  2. Proven track record of delivering ESG Regulatory change for Asset Management clients
  3. Excellent communication and project management skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
