Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews, monitoring the effectiveness of care plans and making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration and PIN number.
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care, with a focus on kindness, compassion, and respect.
