Lead Maintenance Engineer

We are a dynamic team at RAF Lakenheath, working together to maintain the highest standards of water and wastewater treatment. We are committed to providing excellent service to our community, and we are looking for a skilled Mechanical Team Lead to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Mechanical Team Lead will be responsible for leading teams in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of equipment in water and wastewater treatment plants, including collection systems and industrial control systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead teams in maintaining, repairing, and overhauling equipment in water and wastewater treatment plants and systems.
- Troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment to identify performance issues.
- Supervise preventive maintenance services.
- Operate a motor vehicle (valid CAT B driving license required).
- Pass a pre-employment physical and immunizations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in leading teams and supervising maintenance activities. A valid CAT B driving license is also essential.
