**Overview**

The University of Warwick is committed to delivering high-quality education and research. As part of our Flexible & Online Learning Division, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Degree Apprenticeships Compliance Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Degree Apprenticeship programmes, including managing data, conducting audits, and implementing compliance strategies. They will also provide support to colleagues across the institution to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures.

This role requires expertise in apprenticeship knowledge and experience working within this area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage apprentice data and lead audits to ensure compliance
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures

Salary: £41,659 - £52,976 per annum (dependent on experience)
