Job Title: Hardware Manager - Transceivers Development

A leading marine technology company, Knightway Associates, is seeking a Hardware Manager to lead their Transceivers Division's Hardware Development Team. This role is crucial in developing high-technology embedded electronics products for maritime surveillance, management, safety, and navigation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the hardware development team
  • Define and execute hardware development strategy
  • Collaborate with software and test teams to deliver high-performance products
  • Drive best-practice hardware development processes
  • Work with product management to meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of electronics design experience
  • 4+ years in a technical leadership position
  • Experience in digital and analog circuit design, schematic capture, and multilayer PCB design
  • Strong team leadership and management skills
  • Experience with RF electronics, high-volume low-power consumer electronics, and embedded software (desirable)
